kawan singa

salam.

am gonna have my kawan singa (ganglion cyst) removed tomorrow. saya sudah memiliki cyst ini agak lama. lebeh kurang setahun yg lalu. but by that time, it was small. bout 1cm for the diameter. it was gone for a while, after getting hit by syafiq. it appeared again around march/april this year. till this semester break started, the diameter was about 2cm and didn't hurt at all. but NOT until this morning, after membasuh taik arif, i felt a lil painful on it. then i saw it. it was getting bigger! and twas not round anymore. the diameter might be around an inch. it just grew overnight! argghhh! i cant twist my wrist. i dropped the paper clip a few time at kedei tadik. and i cant hold the broom properly to sweep. sakit sampei ke lengan.

so i did a few research about ganglion cyst.

A ganglion cyst is a tumor or swelling on top of a joint or the covering of a tendon (tissue that connects muscle to bone). It looks like a sac of liquid (cyst). Inside the cyst is a thick, sticky, clear, colorless, jellylike material. Depending on the size, cysts may feel firm or spongy.

* One large cyst or many smaller ones may develop. Multiple small cysts can give the appearance of more than one cyst, but a common stalk within the deeper tissue usually connects them. This type of cyst is not harmful and accounts for about half of all soft tissue tumors of the hand.

* Ganglion cysts, also known as Bible cysts, are more common in women, and 70% occur in people between the ages of 20-40. Rarely, ganglion cysts can occur in children younger than 10 years.

* Ganglion cysts most commonly occur on the back of the hand (60-70%), at the wrist joint and can also develop on the palm side of the wrist. When found on the back of the wrist, they become more prominent when the wrist is flexed forward. Other sites, although less common, include these:

o The base of the fingers on the palm, where they appear as small pea-sized bumps

o The fingertip, just below the cuticle, where they are called mucous cysts

o The outside of the knee and ankle

o The top of the foot

lebeh kurang gia lah rupa nya. aku sekda gamba ku mpun. gamba ku rah sapik nun di ponti.

makin dipolah tgn bengkok gia. makin ketara rupanya. sangat ngutik. arif madah ada tekoyong lam tangan aku. -__-"

yuck.



p ku makin gelik nangga gamba tgn urg bejait lekak dibuang ya. ya nyuroh ku nebes tok!

tgn kanan ku akan penoh ngan jahitan. dah la ibu jarik dah spoiled. gine ku nak berinai k nikah tok klak? pls la iboh ngamba tgn ku time ku bersanding. haha!
